In this kit we have provided enough mould/impression mixture (Chromatic Alginate - supplied directly from the manufacturers which is heat sealed and complies with BS 4269 Pt.2:1991, ISO 1563:1990), to create up to 14 casts after having a practise run, depending on the age of the baby/children and size of their hands and feet.

We have produced a Large Casting Kit to enable groups of friends to cast their baby's or young child's hands and feet, after much demand. Our Large Casting Kits are great value for money.

In our casting kits we supply only the very finest materials so you know you are buying the best value kit around.

The materials we use are non-toxic, biodegradable and do not contain any carcinogen - free crystalline silica, therefore they are totally safe to use on young babies and young children.

We believe the mould/impression mixture (colour changing Alginate) we use is top of the range. Chromatic Alginate changes colour from the time you begin mixing, submerging your babies hand/foot, to the time it sets, so it is very easy to use. It doesn't actually matter if your baby wriggles a little whilst their hand/foot is submerged in the Alginate.

The Alginate replicates all the tiny unique lines found on babies hands and feet. Using Chromatic Alginate enables you to get a fast set mould, so your baby doesn't have to have their hand or foot in the impression mixture for long, unlike other impression materials found on the market.
